Access to and use of www.shine-photo-award.com (‘the Site’) is provided by SHINE Photo Award, subject to the following Terms of Use (‘Terms’).
These Terms govern your use of the Site, any correspondence between you and SHINE Photo Award, and any newsletters or publications downloaded by you or sent to you by SHINE Photo Award. It is not permitted to copy, download and print or republish written information from the Site. It is also not permitted to sell, reproduce, duplicate, rent or sub-license material from the Site for commercial purpose.
It is strictly forbidden to create a database (electronic or otherwise) that includes material downloaded or otherwise obtained from the Site.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to infringe the rights of, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by any third party. This inhibition and restriction includes, without limitation:

SHINE Photo Award reserves the right to remove any material posted, uploaded, emailed or otherwise transmitted to the Site, at any time and for any reason without giving advance notice.
5. Access to the website
SHINE Photo Award reserves the right to restrict access to areas of the Site, or indeed the whole Site, at our discretion and to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
6. Submissions and orders
A submission can only be made when the submission fee is fully paid in advance through the website using Paypal. Submission fees are not refundable even when the submitted images are for any reason not accepted in the competition.
SHINE Photo Award may publish any material you submit, post, upload, email or otherwise transmit to it or to the website at its sole discretion and it shall be entitled to make additions or deletions to any such material prior to publication.
Any image submitted to the competition may be used by the SHINE Photo Award, for marketing and promotional purposes of the competition only. You hereby grant the SHINE Photo Award a non-exclusive, irrevocable license in each entry throughout the world in all media for any use in connection with the competition.
All awarded Entries will be published online on www.shine-photo-award.com and on all used social media sites like Facebook, Instagram etc..
All products that can be purchased from SHINE Photo Award are personalized products, such as certificates, trophies, etc. Therefore an order can not be cancelled or refunded.
Pictures shown on the website with emblems may be sample pictures to demonstrate the look of the award on winning images. All actual winners will be marked as winners and will be clearly recognizable.
7. Prices and payment
Prices for submissions and products are available on the website and must be paid in advance through the website using Paypal. Prices may be subject to change from time to time. When ordering products from the website there will be an additional charge for packaging and postage depending on the country of destination.
8. Virus checking
Whilst efforts have been made to ensure the Site is free from viruses, we cannot guarantee the Site, or downloaded files, are free from viruses or malware and we do not accept any responsibility for damage or loss caused by any such virus or malware. For your own protection you must use adequate virus-checking software when using the Site, and we ask that you virus check any file you submit to us.

SHINE Photo Award is not responsible for the contents or the reliability of linked third party websites, either to or from the Site, and does not necessarily endorse the views expressed within them. 11. Disclaimer of warranties
SHINE Photo Award does not guarantee, represent or warrant that the material on the Site will be uninterrupted, error free or that defects will be corrected. SHINE Photo Award may make changes to the materials on the Site, or to the information, products, services and prices described in them at any time without notice. SHINE Photo Award may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice.
12. Limitation of liability

These Terms together with our Privacy Policy and if you enter the competition, the rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and SHINE Photo Award in relation to your use of the Site, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of the Site.
16. Law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, and any disputes arising from matters to the Site shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
